Rules & terms
These rules keep the service alive for everybody. They are strict on purpose and they apply to every account, new or existing. Using KashCast means you agree to all of them.
How enforcement works
- 1
First violation: One written warning by email or Instagram DM. Fix it immediately.
- 2
Second violation: Account suspended. Service stops with no refund for remaining time.
- 3
It keeps happening: Account removed permanently. You will not be sold service again.
Instant suspension
No warning is given for these — they put the whole service at risk.
- Putting a note on a payment
- Sharing, selling, or reselling your login
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Abusive or threatening messages
Payment policy
- Payment timing
- Send payment 1–3 days before your due date. Paying on the due date itself may cause a short interruption.
- Late payment
- Unpaid for 30 days? Your account is permanently removed from our service.
- Reactivation fee
- Coming back after removal costs a one-time $10 fee to recreate and restore your account.
- Why
- Every account is built by hand. Deleting and recreating accounts causes delays for everyone.
The rules
1 · One account, one household
Your login is for your household only. Do not share, sell, resell, or give your username and password to anyone. Sharing a login is the fastest way to get suspended.
2 · Stay within your device limit
You may only stream on the number of devices your plan covers. Extra streams get your line flagged and locked automatically. Need more? Buy another line.
3 · Never put a note on a payment
Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle payments must be sent with a completely blank note. No 'TV', no 'KashCast', no emojis, no channel names. A single note can get the payment account shut down.
4 · DM the sender name after you pay
After paying, DM us the name the payment was sent from so we can credit the right account. No DM means no credit — we cannot guess who sent what.
5 · Pay 1–3 days before your due date
Payments are due the day before your expiry date — sending on the day itself may cause a service interruption while we process it. We do not backdate or add free days for time you didn't pay for.
6 · 30 days unpaid = permanent removal
If your subscription goes unpaid for 30 days your account is deleted from our servers. Rejoining after that requires a one-time $10 reactivation fee to recreate and restore your account, because every account is set up by hand.
7 · No refunds, no chargebacks
All sales are final. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute results in immediate permanent removal and a block from ever buying again.
8 · Ask before you assume it's down
Check the service status banner on your dashboard first. If it says operational, restart your app or device before messaging.
9 · Keep it respectful
Support is handled by real people on Instagram. Abusive, threatening, or spam messages end the relationship on the spot.
10 · No recording, rebroadcasting, or public display
Personal viewing only. Recording, restreaming, or showing the service in a business or public venue is not allowed.
11 · Keep your dashboard details accurate
Use a real email you can verify and keep your Instagram handle current. If we can't reach you, we can't warn you before your service stops.
KashCast TV+ reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that breaks these rules, and to update these rules at any time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the current version.
